Open @week in-game (the Weekly Quest Board) for this week's 15 quests. They reset every Monday at 00:00 server time.

Nothing to accept. All 15 quests are active from the moment the week starts - just start playing. Kill the named monster anywhere and the quest counts it; the tasks count the matching activity.
Rewards go up with every claim. Each quest you finish moves you one step along the reward track - it doesn't matter which quest it was. The 15th claim gives 5 Donation Points.
Shared by your whole account (Login ID). All your characters share the same 15 quests and the same progress, so switching characters does not give you a new board.
Picked for your level. The first time you open @week each week, your quests are picked for your current character - so open it on your highest-level character first.
Go button. Teleports you to the monster's farm map for 5 Spell Traces - free with a Hyper Teleport Rock.

Possible targets

Your 9 hunting quests are picked from the monsters below whose @training level is between your character's total level and 1,000 levels below it (if there aren't enough, the next-closest ones fill the board). They are the @training monsters, every @monsterbook monster and the Arcane River / Grandis field monsters - as long as they live on a normal (non-instance) map the Go button can take you to. The boss quest can be any boss you have unlocked in @boss.
