Multi Accounts

We allow up to 3 game windows open per IP/HWID. But only one character per internet connection (IP) can earn at a time. We call that character your earner. All your other characters can still play, help and chat, but they get nothing while the earner is active.

In one sentence: farming with 2 or more characters at the same time is pointless - only one of them gets EXP, mesos and drops.

Who becomes the earner?

  • The first character that gains EXP becomes the earner. Not the first one you logged in with.
  • It stays the earner while it is online and keeps gaining EXP.
  • The earner loses the spot when it logs out, or when it has gained no EXP for 3 minutes.
  • After that, the next character that gains EXP becomes the new earner.

Switching characters is easy: stop killing monsters with your earner, wait 3 minutes, then start killing with the other one. You do not need to log out.

What your other characters can and cannot do

✅ Still works❌ Gets nothing
  • Being a storage / mule character
  • Standing AFK
  • Fishing
  • Buffing your earner (same party, same map - all fine)
  • Trading, shops, crafting, chatting
  • Voting and the Dice Board
  • Joining Dojo, Boss PQ and Monster Park to help (but it earns nothing there)
  • EXP (also no party EXP share)
  • Mesos and item drops
  • Kill bonuses
  • Boss, Dojo, event and party quest rewards
  • Monster Book progress
  • Town quest and weekly quest progress
  • @daily task progress (voting and fishing tasks still count)
  • @quests kill progress
  • Achievements and Collection Log entries

How do I know my character is blocked?

You get a short red message in your chat, at most once a minute:

[One per IP] Your main Hero is already gaining EXP. MyAlt gets no EXP, mesos,
drops or rewards until Hero is idle for 3 min (~2 min).

It tells you which character is your earner right now, and roughly how long until the spot is free.

Examples

SituationWhat happens
Two of your characters kill monsters on the same mapOnly the earner gets EXP, mesos and drops. The other gets nothing.
Your earner trains, your second character fishesBoth fine - fishing is not blocked.
Your second character stands next to your earner to buff itFine. Buffs work, the buffer just earns nothing itself.
Your two characters are in one partyFine, but the second one gets no party EXP and no drops.
You trained on character A, now want to train on character BStop with A, wait 3 minutes (or log A out), then start killing with B.
A family member or someone else in your household also plays, on the same home internet but on their own computerYou share one internet connection, so only one of you can earn at a time - unless staff whitelist you. Open a Discord ticket and explain the situation.
You and a household member take turns on the same computerFine, as long as you are not both logged in at the same time. When one logs out, the other can earn right away. Want to play at the same time? Open a Discord ticket and explain the situation - staff will tell you if a whitelist is needed.

How does the server know it is "the same player"?

The earner rule looks at your internet connection (IP). Which computer (HWID) you use does not matter: every character on the same internet shares one earner. A household with several real players can be whitelisted by staff.

Internet (IP)Computer (HWID)Result
SameSame❌ One earner - only one of them can earn
SameDifferent❌ One earner - only one of them can earn, unless whitelisted by staff (Discord ticket)
DifferentDifferent✅ Both can earn

Once-per-player rewards

Separate from the earner rule, a few rewards are meant to be claimed once per player: the @daily login gift, the daily task reward and the @quests starter quests. Pick the character you want them on - they can only be claimed once. Voting on several accounts is fine.

Why this rule?

Without it, players running 5 clients would earn 5 times more EXP, mesos and drops than everyone else. That floods the market, makes items worthless and is unfair to people who play one character. With one earner per connection, everyone farms at the same speed.

Sharing your internet or computer with other players?

If a family member or someone else in your household also plays - on the same internet or on the same computer - open a ticket on Discord and explain the situation. Staff will tell you if a whitelist is needed. Whitelisted accounts are not affected by this rule.
