HempMS runs in Europe. Playing from Asia or Oceania usually means a high and unstable ping, because your connection has to travel all the way there over the regular internet. To help with that, HempMS has an Asia Server in Singapore.

What it does

The Asia Server is a relay, not a separate game world. Your game connection goes to Singapore first, which is close to you, and from there it travels to the game server in Europe over a fast, stable data-center route instead of your home internet.

• Same world, same players. You play on the exact same server, with the same characters, economy and friends - only the route your connection takes changes.
• More stable ping. Fewer spikes and less lag from the long trip across the regular internet.
• No extra download or client. It works with your normal HempMS client and launcher.

Who uses it

The relay helps players in Asia (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) and Oceania. For players in Europe it would only make the ping higher, so they connect directly.
